Pizzeria On The Road menus are tailored to your specific needs, including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free and Halal.
We use the authentic & freshest Italian ingredients than any other Pizza Catering in Sydney, such as traditional Italian tomato sauce, flour and Fior Di Latte, or Italian mozzarella.
Our prices include the entire menu and are charged on an all you can eat basis. Our pricing is:
– From 45-80 people: $24 per person
– 81+ people: $22 per person

- Pizza rossa: tomato sauce, garlic, origano.
- Garlic cheese: fior di latte cheese, garlic, salt, oregano and evo.
Mains
Red Base:
- Margherita: fior di latte, tomato sauce, fresh olive oil.
- Prosciutto: fior di latte, tomato sauce, rocket, prosciutto and shaved Parmesan.
- Vegetarian: fior di latte, tomato sauce, baby spinach, roasted capsicums and eggplant and sliced olives.
- Diavola: fior di latte, tomato sauce, salame, sliced olives , Spanish onions and chillies.
- Capricciosa: fior di latte, tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms and sliced olives.
- Meatlovers: fior di latte, tomato sauce, salame, ham, cabanossi.
- Hawaiian: fior di latte, tomato sauce, ham, pineapple.
White Base:
- Nduja: fior di latte cheese, nduja (spreadable hot salame), mushrooms, Spanish onion.
- Patate: fior di latte, thin-sliced potatoes, rosemary, salt and fresh olive oil.
- Carciofi: fior di latte, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper and fresh olive oil.
